Stix Studio is led by Christopher Xavier, a residential designer and architectural technologist with more than a decade of Toronto design and construction experience.
We care about how a space looks, how it feels and how it comes together. That means asking the right questions early, working through the details and helping you understand the decisions ahead.

That’s a good reason to have a conversation. Tell us what isn’t working, what you hope to achieve and any budget or timing considerations. We can help identify the next useful step.
Can I hire Stix for design and permits only?
Yes. Our design and drawing services can be a standalone engagement. Construction management can be discussed separately if you would like support as the work moves on site.
What types of homes do you work on?
Our focus is residential work in Toronto, including interior renovations, additions and secondary-suite upgrades. We begin by reviewing the property and proposed scope to determine how we can help.
Are all the images completed projects?
Completed Works contains post-construction photography. Designs brings together renderings, plans and sketches. In the Works is reserved for active construction management projects, with each project linked to its own Instagram highlight.
